agrment by taking the adv of rs 4 lakhs and in the agrment V have mentioned that if the purchaser fails to register the property within 70 days of the agreement his amount will stand forfieted. then he has failed to do so, then we have send an cancellation notice on the expiring date 2 da purchaser,that his amt stands forfieted %26amp; the agmnt is cancelled.then on the humanity base we have told him to take his adv amt. back and leave the property to us.. but he is disagree with our dicision.%26amp; after a month he has taken an injuction order from the court.know he is asking to return 4 lks extra with the advance amt.(i.e 8lakhs)or he want the property to be register for the same amount. where as the property value is now 28 laks..so i want to know what is our stand in this case?
