Replace all your rules with God's gift of a share in his own divine Trinitarian existence, which becomes possible if you respond to his invitation to turn away from sin.I had made Certain RULES of my LIFE,please check them and give me advice for any other Rule for my life?
rules are a thing created by those who wish power over others; be good to yourself and this will lead to good going out.

Diligence - Perseverance - Respect - Sincerity

if you consider these 4 you will find that all basics are covered eg honesty is Respect for others and yourself.

the rules and your user name have a huge conflict thus I feel this is a joke question
10 times is a long time to be re-think every single decision. It might take you a long time to do things if you stick to that. However, you might be totally fine with the speed. Just something to re-think ; )

If you are determind to live by specific rules, I think you need a rule that will help you to be happy or to relax. You do deserve to take breaks and to experience happiness.

Otherwise, sounds good.
don't run your life with rules, it leaves no room for comprimise. Follow what you believe is right when the time strikes, you don't have to plan everything.

Also no one can follow rules perfectly we will always break them to a certain extent, and why would you want to be so strict with your life anyway, enjoy it while it lasts and make each day a surprise!
Rule 1 and rule 6 seem to conflict.

Also if you promise someone some money for something and later determine that the venture they are embarking on is going to fail, then rule 1 and 7 will be in conflict.

Here are some rules I use:

1. Do to others what I would have them do to me.

2. Learn from my mistakes.

This works pretty well for me.
The following rules are from Buddha :

(1) Follow celibacy

(2) Do not consume intoxicants

(3) Do not lie

(4) Do not steal

(5) Do not kill any creature %26amp; follow non-violence

What type of ';success?';

You didn't indicate if you intended to follow Christ or anti-christ?

I am assuming the ';anti-christ'; because of your name: ';I am god....';

God love you!

I have duly copied and pasted your wisdom for posterity and future reference and humbly thank you for spending your precious times inspiring the good, God and hell alike. You will be a great man one day Monsieur Sri Indo-European.
Wow dude - seems like a lot of rules. And you'll only talk to people who give you importance? So if a kid or a very old person doesn't kiss up enough, you won't talk to them? Nope.

I'd simplify. ';Treat others with the same respect I'd like to be treated with.';
Good attempt! I personally like your Rules but life need more Rules!

Did you think 10 time before framing these few personal Rules?

These rules are already foud / followed in every ethical group /cult.

Please try to find these rules in any established religion and follow the faith sincerely.

Blessings!
I just plod along, doing what comes naturally and everything seems to be going OK. Hardly anybody even notices me and those who do - they think I'm alright.
It is not just making resolutions but keeping up the resoultions is important.I woudl appreciate if you can maintian.

God Bless you ......
well they all seem pretty good tp me. and lemme tell you, if you follow these rules you'll be like a saint. cuz those are hard to live by.....and he isn't wasting his time cuz hes coming for advice.
Don't like reading HUGE questions and You are not god there is a name for people that think thier stars and things grand it's called BIPOLA Or Manic depression.

You are breaking rule #1 by wasting time on the internet. FAIL.
Just one piece of advice.

Never ever say; ';I will never';
rule 10. don't waste your time making rules, it never works anyway
HI, HOW R U ?

I POSTED A QUESTION, CHECK IT OUT

ITS ABOUT ';ATE UP THE SUN';

THEN RATE URSELF ACCORDINGLY
I really like reading lists of rules for living. They reveal what people think is important. Compare yours to the old testament's (moses'?) rules for Nazarites: never to eat anything produced by the grapevine, never to cut your hair, and never touch a dead body. Or Pythagoras, ';When the pot is taken off the fire, not to leave the mark of it in the ashes, but to stir them together.'; My favourite rule comes from holy scripture,1. Never put your foot out in front of a blind man.

As well as being significant, I also like your list because it is easy to read, unlike some. Kant tried to solve our ethical problems with,';Act only according to that maxim whereby you can at the same time will that it should become a universal law';. Kind of a golden rule with metaphysical drivel. Don't steal, because if every-one stole, then there would be no such thing as property, or something like that.

Your rules seem to hit the mark on compassion and consideration but I'm not quite sure if they are helpful; have you given thought to how they can be applied, ie. How are you going to help humans, non-humans, etc? Is it wrong to feed a hungry person instead of teaching them? Does helping animals include not eating them? Should you break the law to help others? Other than that I was thinking about relationship specific rules, that would specify behavour for different people. eg rules for how to treat parents, children, spouses, etc.

I also wonder if your rules, though I think they are correct, are too idealistic; untested by harsh reality. For example, you might make a promise to be loyal/faithful to your wife and follow rule 7, but what is your obligation if she is unfaithul or sends you divorse papers(Jesus considers remarriage to be adultery).

It's easy to make rules that reflect how we want the world to be, but I think life is too complicated for rules to be generalised and set in stone. Even though you've made rules for yourself, you will find the need to think about your actions for each case, and the list of rules in your pocket unhelpful. A list of rules will always be incompete.

Typically I will read a list of rules to get an Idea about the author, so I love when people take the time to write them. Your rules clearly have an ethical mindset, perhaps apply that to more specific and in depth writing that considers coflicting interests.

Your rule #1 was broken by coming here to the R%26amp;S section. This place is a time-sucking vortex.

%26gt;%26gt;R3 i will never talk to that person who will not give me

%26gt;%26gt;importance,that can be insulting because some humans

%26gt;%26gt;are rude.

Sometimes you have to put up with people like this, such as at work.

%26gt;%26gt;R5 i will always think 10 times before speaking and doing

%26gt;%26gt;anything and will see the results.

If you're driving and suddenly see a bridge out ahead of you, is apply the brake something you need to think 10 times about?

%26gt;%26gt;R6 i will always help poor humans,animals and needy

%26gt;%26gt;whole life.

';Always';? Impossible. You'd be doing philanthropy until you died from exhaustion.

%26gt;%26gt;R8 i wll never show off anything,showing off is fool idea of

%26gt;%26gt;glory,i will never boost false things about me.

I fail to see what's wrong with taking pride in one's accomplishments. Sometimes it inspires and motivates others.
If that is your rules well that is sad however it is your life !

Believe nothing just because a so-called wise person said it.

Believe nothing just because a belief is generally held.

Believe nothing just because it is said in ancient books.

Believe nothing just because it is said to be of divine origin.

Believe nothing just because someone else believes it.

Believe only what you yourself test and judge to be true

Nothing in life is to be feared, it is only to be understood.

Love %26amp; Blessings

1. ';Always'; and ';never';, and similar absolutist words, are very, very, very risky, ESPECIALLY when linked with promises of human beings! How about ';will sincerely try'; or ';will do my earnest best';?

2. IMHO, you can't go wrong with the basic ';golden rule'; (treat others as YOU would wish to be treated). This has been found in virtually EVERY religious and ethical system worldwide.

3. The Unitarian Universalist principles (see http://www.uua.org/visitors/6798.shtml) might give you some more ideas on ';good rules';----

* The inherent worth and dignity of every person;

* Justice, equity and compassion in human relations;

* Acceptance of one another and encouragement to spiritual growth in our congregations;

* A free and responsible search for truth and meaning;

* The right of conscience and the use of the democratic process within our congregations and in society at large;

* The goal of world community with peace, liberty, and justice for all;

* Respect for the interdependent web of all existence of which we are a part.

And if you don't mind something a bit wild, here's The Eight ';I'd Really Rather You Didn'ts'; of the Flying Spaghetti Monster (deity of the Pastafarians; see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Gospel_…

(Lettering in quoted Wikipedia entry has been sanitized here to avoid a possible conflict in Yahoo community standards.)

1. I'd really rather you didn't act like a sanctimonious holier-than-thou a$$ when describing my noodly goodness. If some people don't believe in me, that's okay. Really, I'm not that vain. Besides, this isn't about them so don't change the subject.

2. I'd really rather you didn't use my existence as a means to oppress, subjugate, punish, eviscerate, and/or, you know, be mean to others. I don't require sacrifices, and purity is for drinking water, not people.

3. I'd really rather you didn't judge people for the way they look, or how they dress, or the way they talk, or, well, just play nice, okay? Oh, and get this into your thick heads: woman = person. man = person. Samey = Samey. One is not better than the other, unless we're talking about fashion and I'm sorry, but I gave that to women and some guys who know the difference between teal and fuchsia.

4. I'd really rather you didn't indulge in conduct that offends yourself, or your willing, consenting partner of legal age AND mental maturity. As for anyone who might object, I think the expression is ';go f*ck yourself,'; unless they find that offensive in which case they can turn off the TV for once and go for a walk for a change.

5. I'd really rather you didn't challenge the bigoted, misogynistic, hateful ideas of others on an empty stomach. Eat, then go after the b!tches.

6. I'd really rather you didn't build multi million-dollar synagogues / churches / temples / mosques / shrines to my noodly goodness when the money could be better spent (take your pick):

1. Ending poverty

2. Curing diseases

3. Living in peace, loving with passion, and lowering the cost of cable

I might be a complex-carbohydrate omniscient being, but I enjoy the simple things in life. I ought to know. I AM the creator.

7. I'd really rather you didn't go around telling people I talk to you. You're not that interesting. Get over yourself. And I told you to love your fellow man, can't you take a hint?

8. I'd really rather you didn't do unto others as you would have them do unto you if you are into, um, stuff that uses a lot of leather/lubricant/vaseline. If the other person is into it, however (pursuant to #4), then have at it, take pictures, and for the love of Mike, wear a CONDOM! Honestly, it's a piece of rubber. If I didn't want it to feel good when you did it I would have added spikes, or something.

I will refuse to initiate force against others except in direct self-defense. Force includes manipulation, threats, begging, stalking, and violence.

I will bow to no one, nor allow another to bow to me.

I will earn what I want in life and ask nothing from others that I will not pay back.

I will remember that ';might makes right'; is the rationale of criminals and the habit of animals, while human beings have evolved beyond such cruelty. Justice, democracy, and human rights all stand above authoritarianism and define us.
