Advice on my life? and need to lose weight!!!!?

wow there's so much going on right now... okay first of all im tired of being fat and i do go to the gym but its not helping my stomach i dont know what to do.. need some advice on that, personal expericences would be better.. okay the other thing is well my guy friend... well i dont like him but i miss talking to him the some way we did before now this chick who i dont hate (but has been bitchy lately) not to me but in general and she thinks shes better sumtimes without saying it.. i get jealous at the fact that he talks to her better and she plays hard as if she doesnt want to talk to him... so if i were to lose weight and look better he might drift away from her.. cuz shes not hot or anything she like watever.. and i know a guy should like u for u but thats not wat this is about i just wanna see if he will be more attentive to me than her if i look better... and hes not a bad guy ..really hes cool so plz any good advice would be great .. because right now im so stressed bout school n everything.. but i do go to the gym for like an hour and a half so tell me wat i can do to lose bout 40 pounds in like 5 or 6 months plz...i really want to!!!! id be so much more socially confident!!!! I have started this Diet (lifestyle change) in the middle of November at 140lbs, and now at 117lbs

NO PIZZA, I am in the pizza business, and it is not good for you, very high in FAT and Calories





NO FRIED FOOD...





Stay away from FAST FOOD





NO POP, SODA or FIZZY DRINKS





Walk your dog, or walk a friends dog





Don't think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle change





I have lost 20.5 pounds in 2 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week....controlled portion....this really works.........
